Dr. Aghan has a training background in Public Health, Finance, Project Management, and Strategic Management. He is also Certified Master Project Manager and a fellow at the Chartered Institute of Waste Management of Scotland and at The Chartered Institute of Financial Management in the UK. Dr. Aghan is also a part-time lecturer at
‘Tangaza University College where he conducts courses from the Catholic University of Milan. He is also a winner of many prestigious local and international awards like The Sankalp Award for Africa, African Entrepreneurship Award, Vilcap/ Growth Africa Impact Award, and a graduate of The Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurial Program, E4l,
and many others just to mention a few. As an inventor and prolific innovator, Dr. Aghan has many patents to his credit and a mentor to many. He is a staunch Christian and a leader at Sound of Abundance Church. Dr Aghan was recently awarded Order of the Grand Warrior by The Head of State o Kenya
Risper Kariuki is a Result Driven senior Business development professional with over twelve years increasing responsible experience driving product strategy and execution for entrepreneurial companies. She has an understanding of Marketing and Finance that enables successful product strategy development with a focus on profitability, ability to forecast market trends, and initiate timely product development and introduction. She is a savvy team player and leader experienced in spear-heading high impact strategic and tactical programmes that establish branding and market dominance. She is able to communicate and work with diverse people and personalities. Risper holds BA in Sociology and MBA in entrepreneurship and global sustainability, Qualification and enterprise Strategic Planning & Execution Strategy Development, Project Management, Business Planning, Start-up launches, Operational efficiency and improvement of Vendor relationship management.
